To create a mailbox using the Zimbra Administration Console, please refer to the following steps.

1. Login to your Zimbra Control Panel, at, as the administrator.

2. Under the Manage Accounts tab, select the New drop down arrow then Account.

3. In the New Account window, provide the Required fields for the mailbox to be created. When you are finished, click Next.

4. The Aliases Window allows you to add aliases to your newly created account. After each new alias, click Add Alias. When you are finished, click Next.

5. The Forwarding Window allows you to enable mail forwarding. Select Allow to enable this feature, click Finish when you are complete.
