Marketing lists allow for easy ways to group Accounts, Leads, and Contacts together in order to target specific sets of customers.
1. In the CRM, select the Marketing Tab on the left hand side and then select Marketing Lists.
2. On the Grid Toolbar, Select New.
3. In the Member Type drop down select either Account, Contact, or Lead. Each marketing List can only have one selected.
4. In the Name field select a name for the list.
5. Click Save and Close in the Entity Menu bar.
