Users can now self-restore previously deleted email messages from their email Trash folders.

Note: These step only work if you have permanently deleted messages from your Trash folder.

1. Using a web browser, navigate to and log into the desired mailbox. 

2. Locate the Trash folder, within the Folders window, on the left side of the page. Right-click on the Trash folder and select Recover Deleted Items.

3. Select the messages that you would like to recover and click the Recover To button.

4. Select the folder that you would like to restore the message too and click OK.
